Overview
The International Relations major stresses a global and multicultural understanding of a complex and interconnected world through close study of historical, political, economic, legal, and cultural forces. A degree in International Relations will provide students the knowledge and training important in the international business community, government, diplomacy, and private and non-governmental international organizations. It also prepares students for further graduate study in international relations, international law, political science, or policy studies.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, the graduates will be able to:
- Integrate knowledge, behavioral skills, and a compassionate attitude in delivering patient-centered nursing care across diverse healthcare settings.
- Participate in decision making on health service delivery in varied global settings based on comprehensive health assessment.
- Provide ethical and evidence-based nursing care to individuals, families, and communities.
- Manage promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services in varied global settings
- Design and implement nursing training curricula within an acceptable professional, legal, and ethical framework.

Admission Requirements
Admission to undergraduate degree programs are based on academic achievement at the secondary level. All applicants are expected to satisfy procedures and criteria for admission to USIU-Africa, and to submit acceptable original documents which verify that they have satisfactorily completed, and met all admission requirements.
Applicants for admissions into the undergraduate degree programs are subject to selective screening based on academic achievement at the secondary level.
