Overview
Criminal Justice is a multidisciplinary field of study which draws upon psychology, sociology, law, science, history and political science. It addresses issues pertaining to crime and victimization such as causes, consequences and prevention and focuses on the Criminal Justice System which has three main components: law enforcement, the judiciary, and corrections. With the skills obtained from this program, one will be able to take various career paths including working in international non-governmental organizations which address issues of human rights, sexual & gender violence, and juvenile delinquency
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the program,
students will be able to:
- Make use of information and communication technology in hospitality operations.
- Implement appropriate procedures for the delivery of hospitality services.
- Apply basic research methods in hotel and restaurant management.
- Explain the environmental, sociocultural and global diversity of the modern hospitality industry.

Admission Requirements
Admission to undergraduate degree programs are based on academic achievement at the secondary level. All applicants are expected to satisfy procedures and criteria for admission to USIU-Africa, and to submit acceptable original documents which verify that they have satisfactorily completed, and met all admission requirements.
Applicants for admissions into the undergraduate degree programs are subject to selective screening based on academic achievement at the secondary level.
