Capstone Business Simulations

Chandaria School of Business

Overview

In today’s rapidly evolving technological and business environment, Boards face an expanding and complex risk landscape. These risks span climate and sustainability, environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities, human rights, ethnic and gender diversity, public health crises, and broader social accountability.

Effective corporate governance equips Directors, Members of Constitutional Commissions, and Senior Managers with the frameworks and tools needed to navigate these challenges and safeguard organizational integrity and performance.

Through real-world business simulations, this Capstone Program examines major corporate governance failures from around the world, with focused case studies drawn from the Kenyan context, enabling participants to translate theory into practical, decision-ready leadership skills.
