- Job & Internship Postings (CareerLink)
Receive access to our digital CareerLink platform to directly advertise job, internship, and project openings to thousands of students and alumni. Postings are amplified through targeted alerts and career newsletters to increase visibility. You receive applications in real-time, making it easier to shortlist candidates and manage your recruitment cycle efficiently.
- Information Sessions & Employer Showcases
Have a live, interactive introduction to the culture, values, people, and job opportunities at your company. These sessions can have panel discussions, testimonials, talks from leaders, and Q&A sections that help students learn more about your company. - On-Campus Recruitment Events

- Masterclass & Workshop Facilitation

- Guest Lectures & In-Class Engagement

- Resume Reviews & Mock Interviews
Collaborate with PACS to provide students with personalized feedback on their resumes or interview approach. - Job Shadows
Offer students a brief, meaningful glimpse into your everyday operations through half-day or full-day job shadowing opportunities. Job shadows help students refine their career choices while allowing employers to identify students with strong curiosity, initiative, and commitment to the field. It is one of the quickest and most authentic ways to connect with future talent.
- Company Tours & Site Visits
Invite selected students to your workplace for a guided tour of your departments, teams, and technologies. These visits immerse students in your work culture and help them visualize potential career paths. Employers benefit by showcasing their environment, strengthening brand affinity, and engaging with motivated students in a real-world setting.
- Mentorship Program
Participate in our structured mentorship program where professionals guide students over several months. Mentors provide insights, feedback, goal-setting support, and career exposure. - Employer Sponsorships
Partner with USIU–Africa through sponsorship of career programs, events, or initiatives such as career fairs, awards, skills training, workshops, or co-created programs. Sponsorships offer strong visibility, alignment with student success, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Company-Run Programs & Experiential Challenges
Through collaboration, we can create and implement structured, real-world experiential learning programs that give employers early access to up-and-coming talent while enabling students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world contexts. Through activities such as business case challenges, functional simulations, micro-internships, consulting projects, sector competitions, employer-led bootcamps, and CSR-focused initiatives, companies can assess student capabilities, strengthen their employer brand, and contribute directly to developing a skilled, industry-ready workforce.
