The application form saves your progress, so don’t worry about completing it in one sitting!
We in the Admissions Office and USIU-Africa as a whole believe that you have made the right choice and are very pleased to have you with us.
Your education takes place in the campus environment, as well as the classrooms. We are committed to provide services that benefit your health, safely, and welfare. We are equally committed to enhancing the opportunities for learning through various activities, recreational programs and personal relationships, which make up the student life.

We encourage you to explore all our available programs on this page. Once you have identified a course of interest, please visit its dedicated page to review all details. Keep in mind that entry requirements and intake dates vary by course, so it’s important to confirm the specific information for your selection.

Confirmation of Admission Requirements
Secondly, you are strongly encouraged to visit the Admission Requirements page to familiarize yourself with all the necessary information and documents required for your application. On the same page, you will also find all the relevant admission documents available for download.

Filling The Application Form
You’re now halfway there—let’s get you one step closer to joining us! It’s time to complete your application form. You can do this in two simple ways:
- Online Application Form
You can visit our online application page, fill the simple form to help us understand you better and an admission officer will get back to you immediately with the next step of action. - Downloadable Application Form
Alternatively, you can visit the Admission Requirements page to download the application forms. Please note that some programs require different application forms, so make sure you select and complete the correct one for your course of choice. After filling the form, please send it to admit@usiu.ac.ke (clearly stating that you are applying for a program at USIU-Africa) or drop it manually to the admissions office on campus.

Application Review
The admissions office will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, communication will be sent to you via email, together with the fee structure, brochure and any other relevant documents that might be required for admission.
