Corporate Governance Program

Chandaria School of Business

Overview

In today’s rapidly evolving technological and regulatory environment, Boards are confronted with an increasingly complex range of risks. These include organizational and operational risks, climate and sustainability challenges, environmental, social and governance (ESG) obligations, human rights considerations, ethnic and gender diversity, public health threats, and broader social responsibilities.

Strong corporate governance provides Directors, Members of Constitutional Commissions, and Senior Managers with the critical frameworks and tools required to effectively oversee these risks, ensure accountability, and drive long-term organizational performance.

This program examines corporate governance failures from around the world, with focused analysis of cases from Kenya, enabling participants to draw practical lessons and strengthen governance practices within their own institutions.
