Overview
Modern organizations are looking for managers to improve their capacity for solving problems and managing future change. The Master of Science in Management & Organizational Development trains managers to critically analyse rapidly changing and complex environments in order to align organizational learning, knowledge management and transformation of organizational norms and values.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the degree program, graduates should be able to:
- Prepare and interpret accounting and nancial data for managerial decisions.
- Analyze organizational behavior and recommend appropriate organizational development interventions.
- Demonstrate transformational leadership and change management skills.
- Formulate, analyze and evaluate strategic management and human resource management decisions and plans.
- Design and evaluate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and programs in a multicultural environment.
- Prepare grant proposals for fundraising and demonstrate ability to manage project resources.
- Develop research project proposals, collect data and prepare project reports.

Admission Requirements
The applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants should be holders of an undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
